Hello! My name is Michelle Wright and I am the owner of Texas Fabulous Bowtique. I am also a wife, to my wonderful husband Charlie for the last 7 years, and stay-at-momma to my 19 month old daughter Mackenzie. I started making bows when I found out that I was pregnant with a little girl. One of my friends showed me how to make them and I was soon hooked and couldn't make enough of them! Mack's collection of bows, headbands, tutus, and all things girl was soon out of control! But I loved making her fun girly fluffiness so I started making them for almost everyone I knew that had a daughter. People kept telling me that I needed to be selling them, so after two years I opened my own online bowtique. I opened in early 2012 and have been loving having my own business and running my own site. While staying at home with Mack I love to help her explore the world around her by introducing her to new things. We spend a lot of time outside, since we live in Texas we have a long season where we can be outside with great weather. We do a lot of kids crafts and hands on activities. And we enjoy exploring our city, Houston, and all it has to offer for families and children. I am also very addicted to craftiness! I can't help it, and with the help of pinterest I am always finding something new for us to try or me to make. I opened a new online store last month and will run that for all of my Texas Fabulous Bowtique business and this blog will be a sister site to that for people that are interested in crafts for themselves, for their children, and just want to keep up with our busy lives!
